💼 What You’ll Do

As the Nurse Manager – Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), you’ll lead with purpose by:

• Overseeing daily clinical operations and nursing staff to ensure top-tier patient care.
• Driving excellence through evidence-based practice, innovation, and accountability.
• Managing financial, human, and material resources effectively to achieve clinical and operational goals.
• Serving as a chief retention and safety officer, promoting a safe, engaging, and supportive work culture.
• Championing shared governance and fostering a professional practice environment where every team member thrives.
• Partnering with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, safety, and satisfaction.

🎓 What You Bring

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) — Required
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) — Preferred
• If Bachelor’s is not in Nursing, MSN from an accredited nursing school required

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing leadership/management experience — Required
• Experience in Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), Acute Care, or Inpatient setting — Preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) — Active Georgia or Multi-State Compact License Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) — From AHA, required on first day of employment
