🌟 About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team in Warm Springs, GA. As part of our dedicated care team, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehab setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient progress
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals, home care, and health maintenance
• Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner

✅ Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or a Compact State
• Previous experience in Rehabilitation, Med-Surg, or Acute Care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping patients achieve recovery and independence
