Description

Tripod Partners is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families in a fast-paced emergency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and provide direct interventions in urgent and emergent situations.
Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures, monitor progress, and respond to life-threatening conditions.
Connect with patients and families, alleviate anxiety, provide clear information, and ensure comfort and safety.
Conduct thorough primary and secondary assessments, document findings, and identify necessary interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, foster trust, and mentor colleagues as appropriate.
Prepare patients and families for procedures, provide education, and facilitate safe post-emergency care.
Maintain situational awareness, update patient communications, and create a healing environment.
