Pharmacist – Critical Need (Travel/Temp)

📍 Location: Kennesaw, GA
Contract Length: 6 Months
Start Date: 02/02/2026
Hours: 40 hrs/week | 8 hrs/day
Position Type: Temporary / Critical Need

Shift Details

Schedule: Varied
Typical Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Days: Monday – Sunday (rotational as needed)

Job Overview

Seeking a Pharmacist (Critical Need) to support pharmacy care delivery services. The pharmacist will be responsible for safe medication dispensing, clinical review, and patient counseling while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Verify and dispense medications accurately
Review prescriptions for safety, interactions, and appropriateness
Provide patient education and medication counseling
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Kaiser policies
Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements

Active Georgia Pharmacist License
BLS Certification
Prior clinical or infusion pharmacy experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced setting
