Description

Title: Registered Nurse – Emergency Department
Location: Laconia, NH
Pay: $2,346/week

Job Type: Travel
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week)

Unit: Emergency Department (ED) – Cases from newborn to geriatric, no OB
Unit Details:

Local travelers accepted (within 50 miles at local rate)
EMR: Cerner preferred (not required)
May float to Concord Hospital-Laconia if needed

Job Description:
Provide skilled nursing care to a diverse patient population in the Emergency Department. Responsible for assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with the ED team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care for cases ranging from newborns to geriatrics (no OB patients)
Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document all care
Participate in unit teamwork and patient care coordination
Complete Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam within 72 hours of acceptance
Float to Concord Hospital-Laconia if requested

Requirements:

Active NH RN License or Compact RN License
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
Up-to-date resume documenting specialty experience and travel experience
Background check, drug test, references, DOB verification

Preferred:

Experience with Cerner EMR
Pediatric ED experience or willingness to be trained
