Respiratory Therapist Opportunities – Yuma, Arizona
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Days or Nights
A leading regional healthcare system in Yuma, Arizona is hiring Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) for permanent, full-time day and night shift opportunities. These roles offer strong compensation, a high-acuity patient mix, EPIC charting, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced intensivists and respiratory leadership in a Level II Trauma Center environment.
Position Overview
• Permanent, full-time direct hire positions
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts
• Day and night openings available
• EPIC electronic medical record system
• Level II Trauma Center environment
• Adults, pediatrics, and neonatal exposure available depending on experience
• Opportunity to float between inpatient and freestanding ED coverage
• Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
• Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates
• 3 months free furnished housing provided for relocating hires
Shift Details
Days: 6:00a – 6:00p
Nights: 6:00p – 6:00a
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• Block scheduling not guaranteed but accommodations may be considered
• Additional shift differentials may apply for nights/weekends
Compensation & Incentives
• Pay range: $33.74 – $50.61/hr
• Approximate annual range: $63,161 – $94,741 based on schedule and experience
• Sign-on bonus reviewed at time of offer
• Relocation assistance reviewed at time of offer
• 3 months free furnished housing provided for relocating candidates

Key Responsibilities
• Manage ventilators and respiratory support equipment
• Perform ABGs, respiratory treatments, and vent adjustments
• Assist with intubations and emergency airway management
• Provide respiratory care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients as qualified
• Attend deliveries and C-sections for NICU-trained therapists
• Collaborate with intensivists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
• Float as needed to affiliated freestanding emergency department locations
• Document patient care accurately within EPIC
Requirements
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Arizona Respiratory License required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• NRP required for candidates with NICU responsibilities
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred
• EPIC experience required
• CRT candidates will not be considered
