**NEED 3'S AND 4'S in Neuro and experience in all service lines!!!! Experience or 'Must have' skills: Staff must be well versed on all surgical procedures since we don't have specialized teams for each service line Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. **Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.** **Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract * * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * * Department: OR (RN) *Certifications Required: BLS & ACLS* - # of Suites: 7 ORs, 2 Endo suites - Common Cases: Adults, geriatrics, Peds, Obstetric. Neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic, GYN, general, Davinci robotics
