NOW HIRING: Registered Nurse / Diabetes Care & Education Specialist

Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY
Compensation: $53–55 per hour

Our client in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse / Diabetes Care & Education Specialist to join their growing healthcare team. This is a temporary opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
• Educate and support patients in diabetes self-management and care
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs
• Provide education on lifestyle modifications, medications, and glucose monitoring
• Train patients on the use of CGMs, insulin pens, and other diabetic devices
• Support improved patient outcomes and help reduce gaps in care

Qualifications:
• Active New York State RN License
• CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of diabetes education experience
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
