Pride Health is seeking a Home Health RN for one of our clients in NC! (Contract)

Coverage: South Charlotte, East Charlotte, & Union County

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (No on-call)
Contract: 3-month contract
Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour


Duties and Responsibilities

• Oasis Assessment
• Wound Care, Catheter Care, Labs
• Provide Skilled nursing home health services to patients
• Disease Process Education, Medication Education, Picc Line Care and Education
• Lpn And Aide Supervisory Visits
• Team Case Conference Meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current active RN license
• BLS
• HCHB experience is a plus
