Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Recent experience with 25+ weeks
· Recent experiences with ventilators – conventional and oscillator/Jet
· Management of IV drips per PICC/UVC/CL
Ability to manage intubated patients
Familiar with arterial line lab draws
Preferred or nice to have
· Neonatal cardiac medical and surgical
· Trach, ostomy, Gastrostomy tubes
· Level 4 experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Admission of 23+ weeks and patients may stay up to 9 months corrected age with same hospitalization
· Intubations, central line placements, induced hypothermia, ROP exams
· stable surgeries: PDA, Laser Eye, bowel
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· BLS, NRP
