$3,360/Week Gross

40 Hour Work week ((8 HR Shifts)

$89/Call Rate

$4/On Call

Must live 50+ miles from Facility

suites/labs: 6 labs pre-op and phase 2 recovery. -

#cases per day on average: 20-30.

Certifications: BLS, ARRT. -

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Vascular, neuro, drains, lines.

- Job Duties: Scrub, pass supplies, set up and take down of procedure room. - EMR/Equipment: EPIC; Phillips monitors. - 0730-1700Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes (7-9 shifts in 6 weeks). - Weekend/Call Requirements: Yes - Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes - What is call response time?: 30 minutes -
