Description
Labor & Delivery RN – Logan Health (Kalispell, MT)
- Shift: 12H Nights
Facility Highlights:
- Level III Trauma Center | 145 beds
- 5 L&D rooms | 8 postpartum rooms | Couplet care
- ~2–3 deliveries/day | High-risk OB (as early as 23 weeks)
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience (no first-time travelers preferred)
- MT license or Compact
- Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP
Ratios:
- Labor: 1:1 | Couplets: 3:1 | Antepartum: 2:1
Additional:
- Float to NICU, Peds, or as sitter if needed
- Self-scheduling (6-week cycles)
- Every-other weekend equivalent (5 shifts/6 weeks)
- EMR: Meditech & Centricity
