Description
Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST) – Evening Shift
Location: Dearborn, MI
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | 8-Hour Evening Shifts
.
Responsibilities:
• Decontamination and sterilization of surgical instruments and patient care equipment
• Prep & pack instrumentation trays per OR specifications
• Assemble and distribute case carts and surgical supplies
• Perform steam and Sterrad sterilization procedures
• Conduct biological testing for sterilization equipment
• Support OR and hospital departments with supply distribution
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• CRCST certification required
• CPDST preferred
• Minimum 6 months of sterile processing experience preferred
• Experience with steam sterilization and decontamination processes
