Occupation Therapist

Location: Lodi, CA 95240

Setting: Hospital

Shift: 5x8s day shift. 08:00 - 16:30. Option for 7:30 or 8:30 start times.

License/Certifications required: California OT License, BLS

Experience required: 1 year of experience in Adult Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, Cardiovascular

EMR: EPIC experience required (CERNER is a plus)
