Travel GI Endoscopy RN – Sacramento, CA
Specialty: GI/Endoscopy RN

Position Highlights
- 13-week travel assignment
- Day shifts with a 7:00 AM start time
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Ambulatory Surgery GI Unit
- Cerner EMR
- First to Float
- Opportunity to work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary procedural team
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for GI and Endoscopy procedures
- Monitor patients undergoing procedural sedation
- Assist physicians during advanced GI procedures
- Deliver pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care
- Respond to on-call cases as scheduled
- Float to Main OR and support GI procedures throughout the facility as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent GI/Endoscopy RN experience
- Advanced GI procedural experience required
- Experience with ERCP, EUS, and advanced GI cases required
- Active RN License
- BLS (AHA) Certification
- ACLS (AHA) Certification
- Procedural Sedation experience required
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
Call Requirements
- Weeknight call coverage: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend and holiday call rotation required
- Expected call schedule includes:
- Two 24-hour call shifts per 30-day schedule
- One 12-hour call shift per 30-day schedule
