Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Overview
The LCSW works with a multidisciplinary team to help develop care plans and provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients with social or emotional needs across all age groups.
Schedule & Contract
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
- 45-minute unpaid lunch (11:45 AM – 12:30 PM)
- Hours: 40/week
- Contract: 26 weeks
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (CSWE-accredited program)
- Active LCSW license (state of practice required)
- At least 1 year of experience (preferred)
- CPR (if required)
- TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if required)
- Current health certificate (as required)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Minimum age: 18

- Full-time, on-site
- Must be focused on counseling (not case management)
- Able to diagnose and create treatment plans
- Comfortable with crisis intervention
LPC (also accepted)
- Master’s level, independent license required
