Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Overview

The LCSW works with a multidisciplinary team to help develop care plans and provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients with social or emotional needs across all age groups.

Schedule & Contract

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
    • 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
    • 45-minute unpaid lunch (11:45 AM – 12:30 PM)
  • Hours: 40/week
  • Contract: 26 weeks

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (CSWE-accredited program)
  • Active LCSW license (state of practice required)
  • At least 1 year of experience (preferred)
  • CPR (if required)
  • TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if required)
  • Current health certificate (as required)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Minimum age: 18

Candidates Accepted

LCSW

  • Fully licensed (independent) in Wisconsin
  • Full-time, on-site
  • Must be focused on counseling (not case management)
  • Able to diagnose and create treatment plans
  • Comfortable with crisis intervention

LPC (also accepted)

  • Master’s level, independent license required
  • Full-time, on-site in Wisconsin
  • Must be comfortable with crisis intervention
