Description

Work Schedule

Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
On-Call: Required (variable nights, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities

Assist physicians during diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, angioplasty, stent placement, and vascular interventions
Perform scrub, circulating, and monitoring duties in the Cath Lab
Operate and support fluoroscopy and radiology imaging equipment during procedures
Prepare and maintain sterile field and ensure strict infection control compliance
Monitor patient hemodynamic status during invasive procedures
Document procedural data accurately in the EMR system
Ensure proper setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of cath lab equipment
Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams in real time
Respond to emergency cardiac situations (e.g., STEMI cases)
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Required Qualifications

Must live within 100 miles of facility location
BLS and ACLS certification required
RCIS or ARRT certification required
Minimum 2+ years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology (EP) experience
Degree in related field (BA, BS, BSN, AA) or equivalent clinical experience
