Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40
On Call/Weekend Requirement: one weekend per month
Coverage Areas: Fort Worth Service Area
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? yes
What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible): skilled visits including education, wound care, wound vacs, venipuncture, picc lines, pleurix and other
Must have qualifications/experience: at least 1 year home health field clinician
What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? HCHB experience
Type of certification required: active nursing license, active drivers license, current CPR
