2+ year(s) of Social Work experience. Also, must document travel experience. First time travelers will be considered
Master's degree in social work (MSW).
MA Licensed social work license (LCSW).
AHA BLS Required
Social Worker - EPIC experience is Required!
Shift: M-F 8:00a-4:30p
LCSW preferred, CANS required
shift: M-F 8:00a-4:30p
WILL ACCEPT LOCALS WITHIN 50 MILES - Local Rate will apply: $8 less than posted rate
MA Licensed social work license (LCSW) in state of MA
Must be CANS Certified at time of submittal
