Home health PT

Must have min 1 year exp in home health

Must be proficient in Oasis

Business casual or any solid color scrubs permitted

Special Procedures/Unit Details:

Expected to see 6 points per day/30 per week.

State License - VA PT required

Weekends are not required for either but wkd days can be used as needed to make up for missed time during the week. Office is closed on the major holidays. Team members including travelers are free to work on holidays with proper communication to the respective manager.
