Description

Pediatric RN (NICU Experience Required) – 36 Hours/Week | Rotating Shifts | Every Other Weekend

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/29/2026
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
- Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36 per week

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
Active Maryland RN license required
BLS certification required

Unit Overview
Pediatric Medical/Surgical unit seeking an RN with NICU experience. Preferred clinical background includes:

Pediatric Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Prematurity-related conditions
Apnea of Prematurity (AOP)
Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP)
Bronchopulmonary Disease/Chronic Lung Disease (BLD/CLD)
Congenital cardiac defects
Feeding and growth challenges
Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) and iatrogenic NAS
Tracheostomy care (required)

Additional Expectations

Holiday coverage required as scheduled
Every other weekend commitment required
Floating may be required within the specialty, including assignments at the Baltimore sister campus
No on-call responsibilities
