Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift
Hours: 12-hour shifts, approximately 36 hours per week
Patient Population: All diagnoses
Facility Size: 128 beds
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:32
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: PCC
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every third holiday
Orientation: Location-specific orientation pathway completed with facility staff

Valid RN license in North Dakota
Minimum of 1 year of Nursing Home experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

No on-call or call-back shifts available or billable
Backouts or quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee
Local pay rates apply within 80 miles or if using facility housing (note: pay details excluded per instructions)
