Registered Nurse (RN) - Mixed Skilled PCU Med Surg

Location: Kearney, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Job Details

Work on a new unit caring for both MSU (Medical Surgical Unit) and PCU (Progressive Care Unit) patients.
Staffing ratios:
- PCU group: 1 nurse to 4 patients
- Medical/Surgical group: 1 nurse to 5 patients
Floating responsibilities include Telemetry and Medical/Surgical units every other week (EOW).
You will be the first to float when needed.
Up to 2 extra mandatory shifts required every 6 weeks.

Required Qualifications

Current RN license.
ACLS (AHA) certification.
BLS (AHA) certification.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Experience

Specialty: Mixed Skilled PCU Med Surg.
