Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician (Travel)

Job Details

• Call required one night per week (12 hours) and one weekend per month (48 hours).

Required Certifications & Credentials

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
  American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel. Must provide scanned copy (front and back) with expiration date.

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  Required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU. Must provide scanned copy (front and back) with expiration date.

• License/Certificate Verification
  Must be dated within 30 days of start. For California, provide picture of hard copy license for RN.

• Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
  Completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days). Must include Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, 6-Monoacetylmorphine, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, Methadone. No THC.

• Physical/Health Statement
  Documentation from an exam within the last year certifying fitness to work.

• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
  Required tuberculosis screening.

• COVID-19 Vaccine
  Proof of vaccine, booster (due Sept 2024), declination or exemption (declination not accepted in CA).

• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab results.

• Varicella
  Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab results.

• Hepatitis B
  Must have first vaccination prior to start; subsequent doses as per schedule. Titers not accepted.

• Influenza Vaccine (Optional)
  Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption (declination not accepted in CA). Flu season: 10/1/2024 - 4/30/2025.

• Fit Test
  Required for respirator use.

• All documentation must be uploaded to TrinityVMS as scanned copies with required details.
• Drug screen must be signed by Medical Review Officer (MRO).
• Background and credential verifications must be current and within specified timeframes.
