Requirements

• NC or Compact RN License in hand
• RN License number and expiration date
• List of certifications with expiration dates (all required at time of submission)
• Full Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Address required for submission
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery specialty required; no exceptions
• Must have experience in a high volume Labor & Delivery unit (at least 200 births per month)
• Ability to circulate and recover C-sections

Interview Process

• Voice Advantage Interview required
• Nurse Manager screening/interview

Shift Details

• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Hours: 36 hours per week (3 shifts per week)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Yes
• Float Requirement: Yes, to areas within acuity
• Call Requirement: None
• Make-up shifts required for any callouts as deemed necessary by the department

Start Dates

• Bi-weekly start dates
• Compliance process typically takes 4-6 weeks
