Experience Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 2 years (3 years preferred)
• First-timers Accepted: No

Certifications Required

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure): Required for L&D
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring): Required
• Additional Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required for ER, Surgical Services, PACU, ICU (not required for L&D)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required for all except uncertified Central Sterile Techs
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required for ER, FBC, and PACU (not required for L&D)

Documentation and Health Requirements

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify Proof or Attestation
• Residency Declaration Form (if working on a compact license)
• Physical Exam: Initial physical, updated annually
• Fit Mask: N95 Fit Test required within 12 months of start
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap Vaccination
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray: Required within 1 year of start
• Drug Testing: Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 45 days of start
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Preferred, not required

Background and Reference Checks

• Background Check: 7-year criminal check within 90 days of start
• References: 3 current references required

Additional Information

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• RTO Restrictions: 1 request allowed
• Locals Accepted: Yes (same local radius rule applies)
