Radiology Technician (Rad Tech) - Travel Position

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evening, 4 x 10-hour shifts
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: As needed
Call Requirements: May be required to take OR call

Job Description

• Assist radiologists and performing physicians during interventional and special procedures such as myelography, hysterosalpingography, arthrography, and others.
• Provide essential patient care during exams.
• Perform surgery procedures as required by the team or shift.
• Minor nursing skills are required.
• Work environment includes OR, ED, portable imaging, and outpatient multi-modality imaging centers.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician.
• Recent Radiology Technician experience within the last year.
• Experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.

Work Environment & Equipment

• Facility uses EPIC electronic medical records (EMR).
• Dress code requires black scrubs.
