Vivian is launching the “Top Recruiters” recognition program on October 1st.
Vivian’s mission is to empower healthcare professionals to find their perfect job, and we want to recognize recruiters on Vivian that share our passion for creating amazing experiences for candidates and placing them into roles that they love.
Each month, we will select the top 50 recruiters with the most placements on the Vivian platform and they will be named Vivian’s “Top Recruiters”. These recruiters will be featured on Vivian, a LinkedIn post, and a blog post for all candidates and recruiters to see. In addition, the top 10 recruiters will win a $100 gift card and Vivian gift basket and the #1 recruiter each month will win a $500 gift card!
To be eligible for this list, recruiters must meet the following requirements:
- 95% response rate
- <2 hour median response time
- Recruiters must mark each submission and placement for the month on the Vivian site. We will be validating each placement with candidate confirmation.
