Lisa(recruiter) and David the director is amazing. When the company I was going to work for suddenly drop rates and we’re repeatedly sending requirements that they had not sent prior to me signing the contract. These two addressed all my concerns. They compensated me for drug screenings and the week of rent that I paid due to delay of starting the contract as a result of the company frequent changes to requirements. They still paid me for the first few days at the original rate up to when the new rate started. My recruiter and this director worked for me. Even though the rate dropped, I was still willing to work with them because they were upfront and took care of me and listened. They understood that I was worth more and despite that they might take a loss, they ensured that I lost less. Now that is integrity. I appreciate them. Companies change their rates and their policies and the recruiting company have no control. But ADN Healthcare did their best for what they were handed and tried to take care of me.

The ADN staff and recruiter are all very professional ! David and Carolyn are great !! Made my first travel experience a memorable one !

Easy process start to finish. David and Lisa were able to keep my rate the same even when facility dropped theirs!! Plus a bonus :) Tom the DON was able to get my initial offer approved quickly, very nice so far!
