About
Ardor Health Solutions formed in 2001 and remains a privately held medical staffing business owned and operated by the same family. Over the years we have expanded our staffing and recruiting capabilities to include therapy services, nursing services, and all allied services.
If you would like the personal service that comes with a staff of recruiters that have an average tenure with the company between 5 and 15 years, and the knowledge of our client services representatives with similar experience, there is no need to look any further.
At Ardor Health Solutions you can expect better than average pay packages, extraordinary benefits, and the peace of mind that you will not be forgotten once you start your assignment. Perhaps that is why so many of our caregivers have completed more than a dozen different assignments with us over our long history.
Ardor Health is pleased to offer a free medical insurance plan in addition to major medical plans. Please contact a recruiter for more details on the free medical plan and/or any other general inquiries.
One final fact about Ardor Health Solutions. We have been paying our caregivers weekly since 2001, and we have never, ever, missed a payroll. If you are currently on an assignment with us, thank you. If you have traveled with us before, we would like to welcome you back. If you have never traveled with us, give us a try. You will not be disappointed.

Cons
I have been a traveler for over 6 years. Been a nurse for over a decade. Neverrrr in my entire life have I ever experienced what I did. 1st my recruiter lied to me about where I would be working in order to get me to sign and make it to the contract. So much so, 1 week before my contract started, he was fired. I was promised I would be taken care of by the new recruiter, only for me to make it 1500 miles away from home and be told my assigned area was over an hr away and patients I would have to see is 2 hrs away from my housing. (Which was far from what I was promised) They allowed me to get bullied by the company contracted for. And when it was all said and done they gave me broken promises and to save their own relationship, did not defend me even when they knew it was so wrong. Instead asked me if I can take another contract with them somewhere else after being cancelled wrongfully. Due to details, I am highlyyy considering going a legal route. Do nottttt work for these people.

Cons
I chose to extend my contract at Encompass Rehabilitation in Charlottesville, Virginia, and took advantage of the opportunity to promote awareness about Juneteenth's significance, which had been overlooked by the company, resulting in employees not being paid for this holiday, unlike other federal holidays. The company's claims of prioritizing equity, diversity, and inclusion, citing their women-owned status, are contradicted by this incident. Throughout my contract, I worked diligently in a demanding environment with 8-12 patients daily, while enduring verbal abuse, including racist slurs from a patient. Maintaining detailed records is vital, as the facility may favor their account over yours. Moreover, although a $1,000 bonus is advertised, it may not be provided, despite being the morally correct decision.
