Extremely disappointing experience. This agency repeatedly advertised weekly compensation rates that were significantly higher than the rates actually offered once communication began. After asking straightforward questions about pay discrepancies, explanations were vague and inconsistent. As a clinician, transparency matters. Advertising one rate to attract applicants and then presenting a substantially lower number feels like a classic bait-and-switch. Travel healthcare is already stressful enough without having to question whether posted compensation is accurate. Recruiters and agencies should be held to the same standards of honesty and transparency expected of the clinicians they recruit. Unfortunately, this experience damaged trust and wasted considerable time. Proceed with caution and verify compensation carefully before investing your energy.
