"This position requires New York RN licensure which you do not hold so would not be qualified for this job and need to respectfully end this convo and request a credit back" I'd seen a position in a state that I do not yet hold licensure but have already applied and spoken with the board regarding my application with a promising reply of possibly having my licensure for that state by the end of next week. Which would be the time it would take for me to complete my onboarding etc. I initiated a conversation with him asking the nurse-to-patient ratio for the unit along with if it was a specialty unit or a general unit. His reply to me is in quotes in the beginning of this review. Which respectfully, wasn't very respectful at all! It was rude and dismissive.

Will lowball you every extension while other agency are increasing rates. Can’t match market, Go somewhere else!

Noah was great to work with. Communication was awesome. He helped take over my extension with the facility when another agency tried to block me. I referred 2 people to him who haven’t had any issues either.

Didn’t get referral bonus; however I did have to leave the assignment early so maybe that’s why- although I don’t think it should matter.
