No pros, all CONS!

If you’re the type of travel nurse who has the passion to work with new group of people and be independent, PLEASE, DO NOT APPLY HERE! Management loves to micro manage!! There’s a ton of work that needs to be done as part of the management team, but they rather stand outside your assignment area and waste their precious time checking on you, for the entire day! Not worth the weekly payment that they are offering. They will put a lot of workload on you, especially if you are a traveller. If you are working 10 hours or 12 a day, by 3 pm, you are going to be the nurse in the room (with your patient) plus you’re the charge nurse too! On top of that, it is also your responsibility to check all the carts and set up the room for the following day! So, save your effort, and just go to another facility.
