Pros
The administration was amazing in helping me learn facility protocols. They keep the facility fully staffed with 1 CNA to 10-12 residents and 2 CMAs. This is a great place to work where you are not overwhelmed and you can be a nurse and care at the same time which is hard to find in LTC.
Cons
They do charge staff $5 per meal if you eat there but I always brought my food.
