The biggest problem is staffing,  especially nurse assistants. Also getting pulled from unit to unit. A lot of bickering occurs before report can get started. They are very good however at keeping the icu and sdu pt ratios (icu 2:1, sdu 4:1). Also, the managers always fight on behalf of their staff, excellent and caring managers. They do offer bonuses to help bring staff in when there are call ins. The nursing supervisors will even come in sometimes and work on the floors if need be.

Risk to your license, and the people are super mean. I feel terribly for their patients.
