Worked in the NICU. Very unsafe! Everyone on the unit either seemed to be a new grad or traveler. Charge was never able to be found and fellows & attending on shift were very rude to nurses. Travelers and staff nurses. Always had 3-4 patients in the ICU, no one to help and unsafe assignments. Policies unclear or no one knew them or how to find them. Uses meditech & CPN, extremely outdated. Only perk was self scheduling & low weekend requirements.
