This OR is unsafe, examples anesthesia providers leaving the OR during general anesthesia cases, as a circulator a had to solo manage a MAC patient’s occluding airway while my MD anesthesia provider was distracted and repeatedly ignored my requests for assistance over the course of several minutes SpO2 sats in 50s, techs ignoring sterility breaks and continuing to work, staff regularly using trays without indicators, anesthesia taking patients to room although RN interview and paperwork reviews ie no consent, wrong consent, etc.
