There really are no pros to this place.
Cons
Facility is going through financial hardship. ER is overworked. Supplies are limited or completely out at times. Most of admin is rude or untrustworthy. Definitely not a modern facility.

Administration is the worst I've ever seen, about to shut down, being sued by people they haven't been paying bills to, employees lost health insurance last week because they have not been paying the premiums, being sued by MRI company for not paying bills need I go on?
