I was in CT on nights and I loved it. Would return in a heartbeat.

Loved

Only really perform minor procedures- small staff, light schedule. Supplies are a bit of an issue but w the light case load it works out. Call cases are rare.

RWMC is great. The staff is super supportive. The acuity & volume are high, although despite that, everyone helps each other out. There's never a time when people don't jump in. The volume & acuity are a bit much though
