The unit is true ICU patients, the hours are for sure.

After my two days of orientation with no true training really on the computer system I was sent to night shift, the atmosphere is very your on own your own type of atmosphere. The nurses treated you with high expectations when they themselves did not know a lot. There are no intensivist at night and Everyone is On call so it was hard to get emergencies taken care of due to doctors not calling back within a proper timeframe. I tried to address this issue with the ICU supervisor and that's when it got worse. Nurses were looking for ways to get me fired. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
