Inova Alexandria is a horrible place to work! Ortho lead RN is a psychopath! Assistant Manager is a bully who makes decisions based on twisted assumptions. RN supervisor is a fair and reasonable person. But culture is different from anything else I’ve experienced in a long time! This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Bullying is horrible here and even Doctors ignore it. If you come here you’ll regret it instantly
