Description

Join our team at WCS Healthcare Partners, where you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their quality of life through occupational therapy. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in outpatient care and a passion for orthopedics and hand therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to assess and treat patients with orthopedic and hand conditions.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care programs.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on outpatient care.
  • Experience in orthopedics and hand therapy is preferred.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to split time between the Brunswick Main Campus and the Saint Simons office, as needed.
