Job Title: RN - Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Greenfield, MA
Hours: (19:00 07:30) 3x12 hr shifts 36 hrs/week 12 hrs per shift
Pay: $71.03/hr

Job Description

Our client, a highly respected hospital, is seeking a skilled Med/Surg Telemetry RN to start immediately. Located in Greenfield, MA, this position offers an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier clinical team and advance your career in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities

Administer and document prescribed medications accurately.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings.
Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative expectations.
Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Active State RN License with a minimum of 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience.
BLS & ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association, Cardiac Dysrhythmia trained.
