Job Title: RN - Operating Room
Location: Newton, MA
Hours: 08:00 AM-08:30 PM
Pay: $65.52/hr
Job Description
Our client, a renowned healthcare institution, is looking for a Registered Nurse - Operating Room to start right away in Newton, MA.
Responsibilities
- Assess and determine patients' health status using multiple data sources.
- Develop and implement individualized Nursing Plans of Care.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and document patient responses.
- Administer medications safely and accurately using BMV scanning.
- Lead and supervise patient care activities, including crisis management.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license and certification.
- Proven experience in surgical or operating room settings.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and care planning.
