Office: Hartford Healthcare at Home: 680 Main Street, Watertown, Ct 06795
Miles Radius: 40 miles from office
Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm, 30 min lunch
Weekend Rotation for on call: 1 weekend a month (optional)
Regular on call: No, just 1 weekend per month
Points: 32 points in a 40 hr work week or 6.4 points per 8 hr day – each visit is 1 point
Hours Guaranteed: 40
Mileage: Federal Rate
Experience in Home Health: 1 year minimum
Orientation: Minimum of 2 days in the office in the first 2 weeks
