Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Experience managing adult and geriatric caseloads preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document per facility and state requirements.
• Current immunizations and health screening per facility policy required.

• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network.
