Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Ohio state license or eligibility to obtain Ohio state license prior to assignment start
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience providing speech-language pathology services in a home health environment is preferred
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, documentation for home health agencies, and working independently in patient homes is preferred
