Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Client requires experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
