Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Grants Pass, OR. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new community.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required.
- BLS/CPR certification required (American Heart Association or equivalent).
- Minimum experience providing OT services in home health or community-based settings preferred.
- Ability to perform OT evaluations, subsequent visits, starts of care, recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharges.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient visits. Mileage reimbursed between visits as applicable.
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred: prior experience working in Josephine County or familiarity with local community resources.

- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 0800-1600.
- Weekly hours: 36 (weekly hour guarantee).
- Shift schedule: Days 5x8.
- On call/weekend requirement: No.
- Coverage area: Josephine County.
- Primary responsibilities: OT evaluations, follow-up visits, possible start of care, recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharges.
- Dress code: Business casual or scrubs.
- Floating: May be required to travel within the coverage area to serve patients.
