Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in post-acute care settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restorative nursing programs and working with geriatric populations.
• Familiarity with computerized documentation systems used in long-term and skilled nursing care.
• Previous travel therapy assignments or flexibility to adapt to varied clinical environments.
